Whether we are working in your home, a marquee or a private-hire venue, our Events Manager and team of staff ensure that no detail is missed and that everything runs perfectly.
We work closely with clients to ensure you have fabulous food, drinks and service on one of the most important days of your life. Our personal service means we are flexible enough to host events of any size, with the same attention to detail and personal care given to every event. We will coordinate your wedding's theme, dietary requirements, and budget, to make the meal one part of your wedding that you will enjoy the most but worry about the least.
Wherever you choose to host your event, we are able to supply waiting staff, kitchen and serving equipment, and offer serving styles to suit your event perfectly. If you wish to host a dinner party in the comfort of your home, a team of staff including a chef, kitchen assistant and butlers will set up and deliver a fabulous meal and impeccable service, without you having to lift a finger.
Some milestones in your child’s life should be celebrated in style! We have catered and organised numerous baby showers, birthdays, christenings, tea parties, and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs where food and theme play an important factor. We offer private cooking lessons for 6-12 people. Lessons last 3-4 hours and can be held at any time of day at your home, office, or at our kitchen in Clapham. They are great for team building sessions, birthday events, or hen do’s! All of our cooking lessons are hosted by our Executive Head Chef, Gregory Schaad-Jackson, and end with a ‘degustation’ in which guests will taste their creations over a well-deserved glass of wine.
Our menus are inspired by the cultures and cuisines of the many countries in which we have lived and travelled. We can combine classic British, traditional Austrian, light Mediterranean, exotic South American and exciting Asian dishes and we work with clients to find the perfect combination for each event. These can each be customised into canapé or bowl food, multi-course dinners, lunches, brunches or buffets. We can easily incorporate dietary restrictions and always source the healthiest and highest quality ingredients.
Whether you are entertaining guests for a casual dinner party or simply do not feel like cooking, our ready meals are the perfect way to enjoy wonderful food, with a minimum of effort on your behalf. We include instructions on how to heat up or cook the food in its very last stages of preparation.
We have catered successful events in every type of venue, from the smallest apartment to the largest marquee. We have considerable experience successfully operating high-end pop-up restaurants. Since 2010 we have delivered the catering at the PAD London art fair in Berkeley Square, Mayfair. This includes an all-day 100-seat a la carte restaurant for the duration of the event, a Ruinart Champagne Bar, private dinners for 250 guests, and a preview cocktail party for 2000 guests.

The company is run by mother and son team Sissi & Gregory Schaad-Jackson. Both have a truly cosmopolitan background, having travelled to over 40 countries collecting the authentic recipes that provide the inspiration for their menus. Sissi has a flair for beautiful presentation and a reputation for faultless service, developed while catering high society events over many years. Gregory is continuing the family tradition and is now Executive Head Chef, having trained under Marcus Wareing at the Savoy Grill in London and Gordon Ramsay in New York. He is regularly in demand as a Food and Beverage consultant by a number of global hotel and restaurant chains, and also appears as the resident chef on Swiss cooking television show "Al Dente" since 2013.
